ProtocolEcho Directive

Description:	Turn the echo server on or off
Syntax:	`ProtocolEcho On\|Off`
Default:	`ProtocolEcho Off`
Context:	server config, virtual host
Status:	Experimental
Module:	mod_echo
Compatibility:	ProtocolEcho is only available in 2.0 and later.

The ProtocolEcho directive enables or disables the echo server.
